Betboro Terms & Conditions – Applicable to All Members

Section 1 — Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Betboro, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years to use the platform. Betboro is not available to minors.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account is allowed per person, address, device, or IP address An Account permitted.
• After registration, Betboro may ask you to complete identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be limited until KYC is successfully completed.
• Deposits must be made from your own bank account or mobile banking. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Section 2 — Account Rules

The rules governing the use of your Betboro account are outlined below:

• Your account password and login credentials are strictly Privacy keeping it secure is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact Betboro's support team immediately.
• To update your account details (name, address, phone number), please contact our support team and complete the verification process.
• Betboro reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice, particularly where a breach of rules is suspected.
• Betboro reserves the right to apply a maintenance fee to inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months).

To complete account verification, Betboro may request any one of the following documents: National ID card, passport, driving licence, or a recent bank statement. All documents must be clear and legible.

Section 3 — Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Betboro:

• Once a bet is confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed, unless expressly permitted by Betboro under special circumstances.
• If an event is cancelled or results in a draw, the stake for that bet will be refunded, unless the specific bet has separate rules governing such outcomes.
• Betboro reserves the right to correct any odds or results displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If Betboro suspects unusual betting patterns or system manipulation, it reserves the right to void the relevant bets and withhold any associated winnings.
• In live betting, internet latency may cause slight delays in bet confirmation — Betboro is not responsible for such delays.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to certain events or markets. This limit cannot be exceeded.

Section 4 — Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Betboro's payment system is fully transparent. The rules governing deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. For exceptions, please contact support.
• Withdrawal limits may apply if KYC verification has not been completed.
• In compliance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, Betboro may require additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own fees.

If a payment is delayed for any reason, please contact Betboro's support team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Section 5 — Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all Betboro bonuses and promotional offers. Additional terms may apply to specific offers.

• Each bonus offer has specific Wagering Requirements that must be met.
• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only and can be claimed once.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance. Withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus balance will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Betboro reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Section 6 — Account Suspension & Closure

Betboro may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraud, system manipulation, or any form of illegal activity.
• Being underage or placing bets on behalf of a minor.
• Account closure at your own request (self-exclusion).

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance in your wallet before the account is closed (provided no violations are found).

Section 7 — Privacy & Data Protection

• We never sell your personal information to third parties.
• Information may be shared when required by law or at the request of a regulatory authority.

Section 8 — Responsible Gaming

Betboro is committed to responsible gaming. Betting is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial difficulties. We offer the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limits: Decide how long you will play before you start.
• Take a Break: Exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Request permanent account closure.

Betboro's decisions are considered final, unless clear evidence of a system error or unfair outcome can be demonstrated.
